Verena’s art is a form of spontaious visualisation of her actual mood and is mostly inspired by the colors and organic shapes found in nature. In the beginning, the paintings are chaotic and shapes and forms develop accidentaly. Later in the process, the challenge of creating multi-layered, intresting but harmonized paintings inspires her to work on a painting with perseverance. She works primarily with acrylicpaint, but she includes further materials such as ink or pastels. The philosophy that everything is a product of experiences and mental state frames each work, conveying stories of movement and ideas of color through lines and layers.
